Meet Jane Lewis

Jane Lewis has been working in the health and wellness industries for over 20 years. She brings a functional and heartfelt approach to yoga bringing grounded presence, intuitive guidance, and a deep understanding of the body–mind connection She loves sharing this practice to help others experience the incredible benefits yoga it has to offer.

Trained in multiple styles and tailoring her teaching to meet dancers, athletes, and beginners alike, Jane will be runnign two different styles of Yoga at The Bell Tower to meet everyone’s needs.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body to promote joint health, mobility and overall well being. Poses are held for several minutes, encouraging deep release, inner stillness and mindfulness.

This practice is suitable for everyone, especially people

• Recovering from injury, burnout or chronic stress

• Athletes needing deep tissue recovery

• Those experiencing anxiety, insomnia or overwhelm

• Anyone seeking balance from a high-intensity lifestyle

This calming practice invites deep healing both physically and emotionally.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath synchronised practice that builds strength, mobility and flexibility while improving balance, cardiovascular health and emotional regulation.

Expect a flowing sequence of postures including sun salutations, strength-based poses, balance work and deep stretches. Designed to enhance focus, cultivate mind body awareness and leave you feeling both energised and centred.

Best suited for those with at least a moderate level of fitness. Modifications available for newer students.

Jane will be runnig both sessions on October 12, and every Sunday in November
