The Bell Tower is the only place in Australia where you can watch the ringers in action and see the bells turning over. The ringers at the Bell Tower practise the art of change ringing, a unique branch of music. To find out more about change ringing or enquire about learning to ring, please see the ringers’ website belltowerringers.asn.au. Returning and visiting ringers are most welcome; please contact the tower captain via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ringing takes place on Thursdays and Sundays from 12pm to 1pm.
Additional practices, special event ringing and other performances take place from time to time. See the gig guide and calendar on the ringers’ website for more information.
Please note that days and times are subject to change without notice. If you are planning a visit to see and hear bell ringing, please contact us in advance to reconfirm ringing times.
