As part of our dedication to our local community, The Bell Tower is proud to be able to partner with local community groups, charities, and not-for-profit organisations. Our Community Tower Project focuses on supporting these groups with fundraising donations, “lighting up” for significant events and awareness campaigns, and promoting their causes to our ever-growing social media following.

If you have an event or charity you would like us to support by lighting up, apply via the form below and we will be in touch. We can light up for up to 2 days per calendar year for each event.

We ask that you submit your application no less than 30 days before your lighting date. The sooner the better!

Note that this request is only valid for the date for which it is requested and within that calendar year. Any subsequent activity will need to be requested in the next calendar year.

The Bell Tower takes great enthusiasm in supporting local fundraising for schools, sports clubs, and community groups. Providing prizes in the form of entry tickets and special offers, the Bell Tower has been able to help numerous schools and community groups raise valuable funds over the years.

5 World Meningtits Day 2026 October 5, 2026 Meningitis is a devastating and debilitating infection that can affect anyone, anywhere, at any time. Every year people come together on World Meningitis Day to raise awareness and encourage global action to defeat this disease. There are more than 2.5 million cases of meningitis worldwide every year. It kills 1 in 10 people, and tragically, around half of meningitis deaths are children under 5 years. 1 in 5 survivors will live with life-long disabilities including hearing loss, brain damage, limb loss and epilepsy.

8 Trigeminal Neuralgia Awareness Day October 8, 2026 Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) Awareness Day is observed annually on October 7th; however, we are active the entire month. The Facial Pain Association (FPA) is the largest patient organization supporting all people affected by neuropathic facial pain, leading the world in resources for information and healthcare guidance. Through programs of education, personal support, and advocacy efforts, FPA supports patients, their loved ones and caregivers, and healthcare professionals who diagnose and treat people affected by facial pain.

11 OCD Awareness Week October 11, 2026 OCD affects 1 in 40 people globally, yet stigma delays treatment by 14 years on average. Participation during OCD Awareness Week helps us to show solidarity with the OCD community.

15 DLD Awareness Day October 15, 2026 Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition that affects how people understand and use spoken language. More than 40,000 children and their families in Western Australia are affected by DLD. It is hidden condition that affects approximately 2 children in every classroom impacting on literacy, learning, friendships and emotional well-being. Increasing awareness helps build more inclusive schools, workplaces, and communities where people with DLD are understood, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. This Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) Awareness Day, wear purple, start a conversation, and help shine a light on DLD. Together, we can create a community where everyone has the opportunity to communicate, connect, and thrive.

Guests are invited to pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect; with themselves, with others, and with the power of community. In a world that moves fast, this gala is a reminder that meaningful connection can change lives.
